I’ve recently launched RevPages, an SEO revenue platform that helps businesses figure out which pages are actually worth creating for orgainc traffic – based on revenue uplift potential and chances of ranking.

The idea came from a problem I’ve encountered repeatedly over the years: SEO tools are great at finding keywords, but not necessarily at telling you which opportunities are most likely to generate revenue quickly.
You can put a website into most SEO platforms and come away with thousands of keywords, search volumes and difficulty scores. That’s useful data, but you’re still left trying to answer the most important question:
What should we actually work on first to start generating sales?
What does RevPages do?
RevPages takes your website and average customer lifetime value (LTV) and analyses your existing rankings and search landscape to find commercially valuable pages you could create or improve.
Rather than giving you thousands of keywords, it produces a focused list of around 30–60 page opportunities, such as:
- Competitor alternative and comparison pages
- Industry and use-case pages
- Feature pages
- Best-of lists
- Templates
- Core product pages
It then estimates how much additional revenue each page could potentially generate if it ranked #1 in Google.

RevPages also looks at how difficult each opportunity is to rank for and where your website already ranks, allowing it to prioritise pages that combine meaningful revenue potential with a realistic chance of ranking.
More than keyword research
I’ve been gradually building RevPages beyond the initial opportunity discovery report.
The best opportunities can be added to an SEO content roadmap, where you can plan what to publish and when. RevPages can then generate AI-powered content briefs to help turn those opportunities into actual pages.
There’s also revenue tracking, which monitors your existing SEO pages and highlights ranking changes based on their estimated financial impact rather than treating every keyword movement as equally important.
The idea is eventually to connect the whole process:

Discover → Forecast → Prioritise → Plan → Create → Track
With revenue remaining at the centre of each stage.
Why I built RevPages
I’ve worked in SEO for a long time, and one thing that I’ve learnt is that traffic isn’t a particularly useful goal on its own.
I’d much rather have a page attracting 300 highly relevant potential customers each month than one attracting 10,000 people who are never going to buy anything.
That’s ultimately the thinking behind RevPages.
It’s initially built around SaaS businesses, where customer values and commercial search intent make the revenue model particularly useful. I’m planning to expand into other industries as the product develops.
It’s still early and there’s plenty more I want to build, but the first version is now live.
If you want to see which SEO pages could generate the most revenue for your business, you can try RevPages at revpages.ai.
